Productivity

 

Productivity is all about being productive - about doing more, adding more value, from the same or fewer resources. Thus productivity is often represented by the simple ratio of Outputs / Inputs. Many organisations attempt to improve productivity by reducing resources, by cutting back, by being more efficient ... and, of course, this is a legitimate approach.
